Send contract via PandaDoc

Upload the correct contract (B2C, B2B, or Immigration), fill client details, send for signature. CC Ava K.

Send intake form to client

Tag Tech VA in their Slack channel. Confirm start date, tier (B2C / B2B / Immigration Growth / Scale / Scale Plus / HVAC & Plumbing), and any notes from the call. Build starts Day 1.

Weekly Operating Schedule
